Nomi Learning runs the public Nomi Activity Books launch pages at nomilearning.com.

This Privacy Policy covers activity-book release updates, newsletter signup, and book-theme request forms while the wider Nomi Maths workpack product remains hidden from public access.

2. What we collect

Information collected from launch forms

The active public forms collect only what is needed to manage activity-book release updates and understand future book-theme interest.

  • Email address.
  • Optional adult name when a form asks for it.
  • Selected release interest, such as first-wave books, Spark, Lumi, Deeno, or a theme request.
  • Optional notes supplied in a book-theme request.
  • Consent status, consent time, source page, landing path, referrer, and UTM campaign details.

3. How we use it

Release updates and book planning

We use launch-form information to keep interested adults updated about Nomi Activity Books, understand which themes families want next, and keep a practical consent record for email updates.

We may store launch-form entries in Supabase-backed marketing lead records when the production database is configured.

  • Send activity-book release news and related Nomi updates to consenting adults.
  • Group interest by book, theme, campaign, and source page.
  • Review theme suggestions without using them as child profiles or school records.
  • Troubleshoot form abuse, failed submissions, or duplicate requests.

4. What not to send

No child or school personal details are needed

The books-first launch does not need personal information about a child, school, teacher, class, or worksheet.

Theme ideas should stay general, such as dinosaurs, space, robots, mazes, animals, or tracing practice.

  • Do not send child full names.
  • Do not send school, teacher, or class names.
  • Do not send worksheet photos or private learning records.
  • Do not send payment details, card numbers, passwords, or account secrets.

5. Storage, sharing, and retention

How launch data is handled

Nomi does not sell launch-form information. We use service providers only where needed to host the site, store form submissions, protect the service, and send updates.

We keep launch-form records for as long as they are useful for release updates, consent evidence, unsubscribe handling, and ordinary service records.

  • Hosting and database services may process form details for Nomi.
  • Email delivery tools may process an email address if updates are sent.
  • Security, debugging, and analytics tools may process technical request information.
  • People can ask to be removed from updates at any time.

6. Your choices

Update, unsubscribe, or delete

To update or delete launch-form details, contact hello@nomilearning.com. When Nomi sends email updates, those emails should include an unsubscribe path.

We may need to verify the email address before changing or deleting a launch record.
