Terms for Nomi Activity Books
The practical terms for activity-book release updates, newsletter signup, and book-theme requests.
1. Scope
These terms cover the books-first launch
Nomi Learning runs the public Nomi Activity Books pages at nomilearning.com.
These Terms cover the activity-book landing page, release update signup, newsletter consent, and book-theme request forms while the wider Nomi Maths workpack product remains hidden from public access.

2. Release updates
Email signup is for consenting adults
People who submit a launch form agree that Nomi can email them about activity-book releases, book news, and related Nomi updates.
Signup does not create a paid account, a learner profile, a school record, or access to the hidden Nomi Maths workpack product.
- Use an adult email address that you are allowed to submit.
- Use the unsubscribe path in Nomi emails when you no longer want updates.
- Email hello@nomilearning.com for update, deletion, or unsubscribe help.
3. Theme requests
Book ideas should stay general
Theme request forms help Nomi understand future activity-book ideas. Submitting an idea does not guarantee that Nomi will make, publish, or sell that book.
Nomi may use general theme suggestions to plan future books, pages, examples, or launch copy.
- Do not include child full names, school names, teacher names, classroom details, or worksheet photos.
- Do not submit anything unlawful, harmful, confidential, or owned by someone else unless you have permission.
- Keep suggestions simple, such as animals, dinosaurs, robots, space, mazes, tracing, colouring, or early learning themes.
4. Book previews
Previews are launch information
The activity-book page may show proof covers, sample pages, early mockups, release interests, and future-book concepts.
Unless a later public page clearly says otherwise, nomilearning.com is not currently processing book purchases, subscriptions, billing, refunds, or paid access.
- Preview images and page counts may change before a final release.
- Nomi should not be presented as endorsed by any school, ACARA, SCSA, Unstuck, or any education authority.
- No public page should ask for card numbers, CVCs, passwords, or payment credentials during this books-first launch.
5. Privacy
Privacy Policy applies to launch forms
The Nomi Activity Books Privacy Policy explains what launch-form information is collected, how it is used, and how to request an update or deletion.
- Nomi does not need child or school personal information for release updates.
- Nomi does not sell launch-form information.
- Email consent records may be kept so unsubscribe and contact preferences can be respected.
6. Consumer rights
Rights that cannot be excluded still apply
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
This launch page is currently for information, release updates, and theme requests. If Nomi later sells books or other products directly through the site, purchase terms should be updated before that sales flow opens.
